On-Call Engineering Services for Water Quality Management Plans (WQMP), Hydrology Reports, and Plan Check Services RFP: 02/16/2026
The Riverside County Transportation Department is seeking On-Call Engineering support services to review WQMP, Hydrology Reports, and Plan Check various improvement plans for Private Development projects, in the Santa Ana, Santa Margarita, and White Water Regions for Riverside County. Each region has its own specific requirements for WQMPs. The WQMP Review Checklists can be found in on the Riverside County Flood Control NPDES website (http://rcflood.org/npdes/) under Compliance Documents for the Santa Ana Region (SAR), Santa Margarita Region (SMR), White Water Region (WWR), for the latest WQMP manual in each watershed.
To establish new On-Call contract(s), the County is seeking Proposals from qualified engineering professional firms.
It is anticipated that all work will be performed in accordance with County practices, regulations, policies, procedures, the applicable Regional Board requirements, Transportation Department’s Plan Check Policies and Guidelines, Riverside County Flood Control Standards and Practices, and County Ordinances including Ordinance No. 457 for grading (related forms can be found at https://building.rctlma.org/forms#2741959481-1799913486).
