NIGHTTIME CLOSURES OF RAMONA EXPRESSWAY FROM RIDER STREET TO WARREN ROAD

The Riverside County Transportation Commission’s Mid County Parkway Ramona Expressway project will require nightly closures of Ramona Expressway between Rider Street and Warren Road, starting Monday, May 11, through Thursday, May 14, between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. These closures will allow crews to safely remove a section of roadway median and perform minor concrete work.

Eastbound Full Closure

Mon., May 11, 2026 10 p.m. - 5 a.m.

Eastbound & Westbound FULL CLOSURE

Tues., May 12 - Thurs., May 14, 2026

Nightly, 10 p.m. - 5 a.m.

EASTBOUND DETOUR

• Southbound on I-215 to eastbound State Route 74

• Northbound on North Sanderson Avenue

• Return to Ramona Expressway

WESTBOUND DETOUR

• Southbound on North Sanderson Ave to State Route 74

• Westbound on State Route 74

• Northbound on I-215 to Ramona Expressway

Motorists should plan for extra travel time. Emergency responders and businesses will have access as needed. During construction, a reduced speed limit of 45 mph will be enforced throughout the construction zone.
