Horsethief Canyon Road, and Hostettler Road - Construction Update (Detour) April 13 – June 1 -Hostettler Rd Closure Hostettler Rd will remain fully closed until June 1 for drainage improvements. Please follow the posted detour routes (see map) -Horsethief Canyon Rd Continue with temporary single-lane traffic in each direction for water line work until May. Expect occasional temporary lane reductions in the coming weeks as crews complete underground utility connections. The final asphalt pavement layer will be placed later this year. -Emergency Access Maintained First responders will have access during construction on both Horsethief Canyon Rd and Hostettler Rd. In the event of an emergency roads will be opened for evacuation.
