We are reconstructing approximately 5.8 miles of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement on El Sobrante Road, from La Sierra Avenue to Cajalco Road in the Community of Lake Mathews, Riverside County. Crews are currently pulverizing the existing asphalt and paving new asphalt between Cajalco Road and Mockingbird Canyon Road. ⚠️ Please be aware: The road surface will be dirt and uneven for a couple of days during this phase of work. Use caution, follow construction warning signs, and travel slowly through the active work zone. 🕒 Hours of Operation: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM nightly Contractor may not work on some Friday or Saturday nights.
