To establish a prequalification list, the County is requesting for Prequalification packages to be prepared and submitted.

Prequalification Mailing List:
Contractors are encouraged to email Don Copeland at [email protected] and/or Joel Jimenez at [email protected] with “Prequalification Mailing List” in the subject line to be placed on the Prequalification Mailing List. Contractors on the Prequalification Mailing List will receive an email notification for  changes or updates to this Prequalification.  The Contractors shall be responsible for monitoring the website for updates or changes if  they did not request to be on the mailing list or did not receive confirmation of being placed on the mailing list.

Please note office location address is the location for purchase of plans and specifications that will be out to bid, and is also the location for submittal of paper bids for Transportation Department public works projects. The Transportation Department Annex is located 2 blocks south of the County Administrative Center.

If paying for copy of Plans and Bid Book, only checks can be accepted at the 14th Street Annex.  Payment by cash, if unavoidable, must be made at the County Administrative Center.
