Landscape Development
Within the County of Riverside there are multiple ordinances or guideline documents that reference landscape requirements. Due to the varying and sometimes conflicting direction for landscape requirements in these multiple documents, a comprehensive guideline was envisioned. These comprehensive Landscape Guidelines currently focus on issues germane to Transportation Department and Planning Department review of landscape plans, with the intent of clarifying the requirements and process for both project applicants and plan check personnel.
